IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Some online forms may require the need for your "electronic signature" before we can begin assisting you towards financial freedom. For this purpose, you need to read, understand and sign electronically the online form found on our site or one that your Debt Resolution Consultant has created for you.

Electronic signature means clicking the checkbox "I Agree" and typing your name in the textfield provided.

Forms requiring an electronic signature will clearly be identified as such. You may use the "Page Navigation" tool located on the left of each page to view/sign the documents in any order. The current document will have an arrow () pointing to it and completed documents will have a check () next to them. Documents that do not require your signature will be marked as completed once you have accessed them for the first time.

Your electronic signature is personal and must be filled in by the same person that is requesting our service. You may sign this agreement for someone else only if you have the appropriate "Power of Attorney". In that case, we need you to fax the "Power of Attorney" to us at 1.602.997.4801.
