Will I receive a download link or email the minute I placed my order?

You will be sent a download link or actual file to your email address upon payment varification. This can take up to 24 hours (within an hour in most cases).

Please email us immediately if you have ordered, but cannot see or receive your download link/file.

You can purchase our templates online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express via PayPal. Please contact us if you would like to use other payment methods.

I am having trouble submitting my order from your site. What can I do?

Please contact us with the names of the templates you would like to purchase. We will arrange for an alternative way for you to pay.

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with your template?

Since our company is offering intangible irrevocable goods, we DO NOT issue refunds after the source code of template (.fla, .htm, .html files) is sent / emailed to you, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. Please make sure that you have carefully read our 'End User License Agreement'.

We only make exceptions with this rule when the template appears to be damaged and is decided on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
