What is website template?
A website template is a ready-made web site design that can be used as the great solution in building a new website. Within a short period of time, you can modify the text and pictures in the templates using the appropriate software(s).
What kinds of templates are available?
Currently we offer 6 main types of templates: 1) Full Flash templates, 2) HTML templates, 3) HTML templates with Flash header, 4) Flash intro templates, 5) osCommerce templates, 6) Banner Packs. For 1, 3, and 4, you will have to have Flash MX installed to edit the Flash part of the templates. For 2 and 6, you will have to have MS Frontpage or Macromedia (Adobe) Dreamweaver for editing. If you would like to edit the graphics of a template, it’s highly recommended that you should have Adobe Photoshop or Macromedia (Adobe) Fireworks as well.
What is the advantage of using a template?
Our templates are designed to serve the purpose to help you start building your website in a very cost efficient manner without sacrificing on quality. Moreover, if you are a designer, they save you time when you are pre-occupied with different tasks.
What files do I get with my template purchase?
Everything you see in the preview, images, sound, fonts, fla files, etc is included.
What can be altered in the template?
You can edit everything you see in the preview, images, sound, fonts, fla files, etc is included.
How long will it take I get my template after payment?
Usually it takes no more than 6 hours (usually within an hour). In rare cases, if we need additional verification, it can take up to 24 hours. More Information can be found in our support section under ordering.
Is there a money back guarantee?
No. The reason is that computer files can not be returned as regular goods can. If any files are damaged, you will be provided with new correct ones. More Information can be found in our support section under ordering.
Do you provide any kind of support?

What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?

You may:
- Build a website using the template in any way you like.
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute templates.
- Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
- Make more than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design).
Is the license a one-time fee payment?
Yes, the payment for your template is a one-time fee without any additional charges. After purchasing you may use the template as many times as you need for one website. More Information can be found in our support section under reseller .
Is it possible for me to pay one price and have access to all downloads for a certain amount of time?
Sorry, we do not provide membership based services.

What software do you recommend for making HTML?
We think that Macromedia Dreamweaver is the best.
When I try to open the flash fla file, I get an error Unexpected file format.
This means that .fla file is incompatible with your Flash version. Please install Flash MX to edit this file or get in touch with our support department (support@allboyproductions.com) to have the file converted to appropriate version.
